A Big Welcome to Boogie

Richard Blackman better known as Boogie, originally from Custom House East London.

My parents used to listen to a lot of Soul Music. The closest I got to any reggae music in my household growing up was John Jolt, Bob Marley, UB40.

I've been around certain DJ's and Producers like RS digital and Jungle from the original funky junkies, I was ahead of the music I used to listen to.

I am a lover of 70's and 80's Soul, Rare Groove & Soulful House.

I have been lucky enough to play music all over the world, from L.A, New York, and Miami to Dubai, Nigeria & South Africa. The highlight of my career so far was Djing at Prince Harry & Meghan's Wedding.

You can join Boogie on the last Thursday of every month 9pm - 11pm. Starting the 29th of February.
